All bookings are done through the following booking app https://app.classfit.com/Studio/207772. You can manage your class attendance and payments through this app.

1:1 nutrition coaching provides the perfect way to help you achieve your individualised nutrition goals.

Package options:

  • $55 per week for online check ins with a monthly 15-20 min zoom check in

  • $70 per week for online check ins with a fortnightly 15-20 min zoom check ins

All packages include:

  • Health Screen Assessment

  • Individualised goal setting via Zoom meeting

  • Sustainable habit formation

  • Individualised nutrition information and support

  • Weekly online form check-ins

  • Educational videos

  • Use of Trainerize App for duration of 1:1 nutrition coaching

Minimum 3 month commitment. After 3 months it moves to a monthly commitment - 7 days notice to cancel.

Zoom Fitness Classes are Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:10am

In person fitness classes are Mondays and Fridays at 9:40am
