Meet Janelle

Since receiving her breast cancer diagnosis at the end of 2023, Janelle has become even more passionate about nutrition and exercise.
As a wife, mum of three children (all less than three years apart) and a business owner, she knows how tricky it can be at times to prioritise exercise and nutrition. When her children were young, sometimes getting through the day with peanut butter on a piece of white bread was about all she could manage. She knew her food choices weren’t ideal, but she didn’t know how to make changes that were easy and sustainable.
But what she has learned is that despite being busy and navigating the challenges of life, getting exercise and good nutrition in is possible.

Janelle has completed several certifications including Bachelor of Education (Primary Ed), Cert III and IV in fitness, Sports Nutrition, CrossFit Cert 2, Precision Nutrition Level 1. She has a wealth of experience in personal training, strength training, and nutrition and is dedicated to helping her clients reach their nutrition and fitness goals.
Janelle understands the importance of a personalised approach and tailors her clients’ training and nutrition programs to their individual needs. She takes the time to get to know each of her clients and then develops a plan of action for each client to ensure that they reach their desired goals.
